Is there a way to put Google's toolbar in Opera 7.23?

There are a ot of posts about this but they won't help me and most of
them are very old...

Google toolbar is created for MSIE only, so no.

Most of the functionality can be had in Opera in different ways. There is
a Google search box on each address bar for example. What you can't have
in Opera though, is a Pagerank indicator.

... or a keyword highlighter.

Highlighting of words can be done with a bookmarklet though, but a native
option
related to search query results would be nice.
